Chocolate chip banana bread ✨🍌 The first thing I learned how to bake and it’s sooo good every time I make it. Ingredients - 3 ripe bananas, mashed - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (113g) - 2 large eggs, room temp - 1/2 cup granulated sugar (105g) - 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed (118g) - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (270g) - 1/2 cup sour cream (130g) - 3/4 cup chocolate chips (125g) - 2 tsp vanilla extract - 1 tsp baking soda (6g) - 1/4 tsp salt Instructions - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper. - In a large bowl, add bananas and mash until smooth leaving a few chunks. - Add melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs and mix until smooth. - Add sour cream, vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. - In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. - Fold dry ingredients into wet just until combined (do not overmix). - Gently fold in chocolate chips. - Pour batter into prepared pan. Optional: sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top. - Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Lightly tent with foil partway through to prevent over-browning. - Cool in pan 15 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely. • • • #recipe #baking #bananabread #recipeideas #baketok

🫐🍋No Bake Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake 💕Save this recipe for later💕 Ingredients: Almond Crust: 4 tbsp almond flour Pinch of salt 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1 packet stevia & monkfruit sweetener from @wholeearthsweetener 2 tsp unsalted butter, melted Cheesecake Mixture: 5 tbsp cream cheese, softened 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened 1 tsp lemon zest, grated 1 tbsp lemon juice 4 packets stevia & monkfruit sweetener from @wholeearthsweetener Blueberry Jam: 2 cups frozen blueberries 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 packets stevia & monkfruit sweetener from @wholeearthsweetener Instructions: 1- Mix the almond flour, salt, ground cinnamon, 1 packet of stevia & monkfruit sweetener, and melted butter in a small bowl. Add the mixture to the bottom of a cup and press down to form the crust. 2- In a separate bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, plain Greek yogurt, softened butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, and 4 packets of stevia & monkfruit sweetener. Whisk until smooth and creamy. 3- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the almond crust in the cup and smooth out the top. 4- In a small saucepan, combine the frozen blueberries, lemon juice, and 2 packets of stevia & monkfruit sweetener. Cook over medium heat until the blueberries break down and the mixture thickens to a jam-like consistency. Let it cool. 5- Add 3 tbsp of the blueberry jam on top of the cheesecake mixture and smooth it out. Color me obsessed 🤩 You’ll Need: - 1 cup bread flour - 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp salt - 1/4 cup Brown sugar (or swerve) - cinnamon - 1 egg (for egg wash) - avocado oil You’ll Need To Do: - In a mixing bowl, add your flour, yogurt, baking powder, and salt. Mix together and form into a ball. - Add some flour onto your counter and add dough to the counter. Knead a few times and form back into a ball again. - Roll into a thin log and cut into bite sized pieces. - Add pieces onto your air fryer rack or basket. Brush each one with an egg wash. - Place into air fryer and air fry at 375F for about 20 minutes. - While cooking, make your cinnamon sugar by adding your brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and mix together. - After cook time, add bites to a bowl and spray with avocado spray.
