If you’re obsessed with Biscoff, this no-bake treat is a must-try. These creamy, crunchy Biscoff fingers come together in minutes with layers of cookie, cream, and crumb that make every bite unforgettable.

- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and a generous scoop of Biscoff spread. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- In a food processor, crush Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs. Set aside.
- In a shallow bowl, combine more Biscoff spread with a splash of milk. Stir until smooth to create your dip mixture.
- Transfer the cream mixture to a piping bag. Pipe a layer onto one lady finger and top with another lady finger to make a sandwich.
- Dip each sandwich gently into the Biscoff milk mixture, soaking but not saturating.
- Roll each dipped sandwich in the Biscoff crumbs to coat.
- Pipe a dollop of the cream cheese mixture on top, drizzle with more Biscoff spread, and finish with a sprinkle of Biscoff crumbs.
- Serve chilled or store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
