These Taco Sliders layer juicy seasoned ground beef, creamy cheese, avocado lime sauce, and melty Mexican cheese inside soft Hawaiian rolls for a high-protein party-style meal.
Ingredients:
For the Taco Filling
- 32 ozs 96/4 lean ground beef
- 2 packets taco seasoning
- 56 g 2% Mexican cheese
- 4 lite Laughing Cow cheese wedges
- 160 g chicken bone broth
For the Sliders
- 1 pack Hawaiian rolls
- 42 g 2% Mexican cheese
- olive oil spray
- garlic powder
For the Avocado Lime Sauce
- 128 g medium avocado
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/2 cup water
- sea salt
- cumin
- 15 g cilantro

Directions
- Brown the lean ground beef in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the taco seasoning and mix well.
- Add 100g of chicken bone broth to keep the beef juicy.
- Lower the heat, then stir in the 2% Mexican cheese, Laughing Cow cheese wedges, and remaining chicken bone broth.
- Blend the avocado, lime juice, water, sea salt, cumin, and cilantro until smooth to make the avocado lime sauce.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Add the taco beef mixture to the bottom layer of rolls.
- Top with 2% Mexican cheese, then add the top buns.
- Slice the sliders before baking so they are easy to pull apart once done.
- Spray the tops with olive oil spray and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Bake at 400°F until golden.
- Serve with the avocado lime sauce and enjoy.
