A simple, healthy, and refreshing frozen treat! Sweet grapes are coated in creamy yogurt and drizzled with dark chocolate for a snack that’s like a frosty candy bar, perfect for hot days or a sweet after-dinner bite.
Ingredients:
- 400 g green grapes
- 1 cup thick plain yogurt
- 180 g dark chocolate (melted)
Ingredients are subject to availability at local stores. Unavailable items will be automatically substituted at best-effort.
Directions
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the 400g green grapes and 1 cup thick plain yoghurt. Mix until all grapes are fully and evenly coated.
- Spread the yogurt-coated grapes in a single layer on the prepared tray. Try to ensure the grapes aren’t touching too much for easier breaking later.
- Drizzle or spoon the 180g melted dark chocolate over the grapes in an even layer. You can use a fork or the back of a spoon to spread it gently.
- Transfer the tray to the freezer. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until completely solid.
- Once fully frozen, remove the tray from the freezer. Break or cut the bark into uneven, rustic pieces.
- Enjoy immediately as a frozen snack! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
