Think like ✨Auntie Anne’s ✨ but high protein!! Color me obsessed 🤩 You’ll Need: - 1 cup bread flour - 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp salt - 1/4 cup Brown sugar (or swerve) - cinnamon - 1 egg (for egg wash) - avocado oil You’ll Need To Do: - In a mixing bowl, add your flour, yogurt, baking powder, and salt. Mix together and form into a ball. - Add some flour onto your counter and add dough to the counter. Knead a few times and form back into a ball again. - Roll into a thin log and cut into bite sized pieces. - Add pieces onto your air fryer rack or basket. Brush each one with an egg wash. - Place into air fryer and air fry at 375F for about 20 minutes. - While cooking, make your cinnamon sugar by adding your brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and mix together. - After cook time, add bites to a bowl and spray with avocado spray.
