No Bake Strawberry Delight

This chilled, layered dessert is a strawberry lover’s dream. With a buttery graham cracker crust, a creamy filling, and a sweet strawberry topping, this easy freezer dessert is perfect for summer gatherings or make-ahead treats.

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter together.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish to form an even crust layer.
  3. Place sliced strawberries in a single layer over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Freeze the dish for at least 30 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth. Beat an additional 3 minutes until fluffy.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  8. Spread half of the cream cheese filling over the strawberries. Smooth into an even layer and return to the freezer.
  9. Add strawberry Jello to the remaining cream cheese mixture and fold gently to combine.
  10. Spread the strawberry mixture over the first cream cheese layer evenly.
  11. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  12. Spread Cool Whip on top of the strawberry layer and return to the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  13. Garnish with chopped fresh strawberries and extra graham cracker crumbs, if desired. Slice and enjoy frozen!
