This creamy Stuffed Salmon is packed with a seasoned spinach and cream cheese filling that keeps every bite incredibly juicy. It’s an easy restaurant-style seafood dinner that’s perfect for date nights, family dinners, or whenever you want an impressive meal without complicated ingredients.
Ingredients:
For the Salmon
- 1 salmon filet (skinless)
- salt
- black pepper
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- paprika
For the Filling
- 1/2 block cream cheese
- salt
- black pepper
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- paprika
- spinach
- garlic

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Slice the SALMON lengthwise to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Season both the inside and outside of the salmon with SALT, BLACK PEPPER, ONION POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, and PAPRIKA.
- Place the seasoned salmon onto a prepared baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine the CREAM CHEESE, the same seasonings, SPINACH, and GARLIC.
- Mix until the filling is evenly combined.
- Stuff the cream cheese mixture into the pocket of the salmon.
- Bake for 25 MINUTES, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the filling is hot and lightly golden.
- Serve immediately while warm.
