This simple steak marinade combines olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, fresh lemon juice, herbs, and seasonings to create incredibly juicy, flavorful steaks with a beautifully caramelized crust. It’s an easy make-ahead marinade that’s perfect for grilling, pan-searing, or cooking on a flat top.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large lemon (juiced)
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the OLIVE OIL, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, and SOY SAUCE.
- Add the LEMON JUICE, ITALIAN SEASONING, GARLIC POWDER, WHITE PEPPER, DRIED PARSLEY, and the optional HOT SAUCE.
- Whisk until the marinade is completely combined.
- Add the STEAK and coat every side thoroughly with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 HOURS.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and cook using your preferred method until it reaches your desired doneness.
- Allow the steak to rest for several minutes before slicing and serving.
