The easiest banana bread you’ll ever make—just 4 simple ingredients! Naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and brown sugar, this gluten-free and dairy-free loaf is perfectly moist and delicious. Add chocolate chips or cinnamon if you’re feeling fancy!
Ingredients:
- bananas
- eggs
- brown sugar
- flour
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional add-in)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional add-in)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional add-in)

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, place overripe bananas and mash well with a fork until mostly smooth.
- Add eggs to the bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add brown sugar and self-rising flour. Mix again until fully combined and no pockets of flour remain.
- If using, fold in cinnamon, vanilla extract, or chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan before slicing. Enjoy!
