White Chocolate Cheesecake Strawberries

These cheesecake-stuffed white chocolate strawberries are the perfect bite-sized Valentine’s Treat.
Ingredients:
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- Wash and dry the strawberries. Core the centers to create space for the filling.
- Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag (or ziplock bag) and pipe into each strawberry until full.
- Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.
- Melt white chocolate chips in 15-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Line a tray with wax paper. Dip each stuffed strawberry halfway into melted white chocolate, then roll the bottoms in crushed graham crackers.
- Place strawberries on wax paper and refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
