If you’ve missed any, they’re all saved in my “Homemade Gatorade” highlight. ✨ Cotton Candy Grape + Strawberry Gatorade✨ (Serves 2) Ingredients: • 2 ½ cups coconut water – natural electrolytes + potassium *(can sub filtered water here or decaf green tea) However, coconut water is the best option as it’s a natural electrolyte. • 1 ½ cup cotton candy grapes • 1 tbsp lime juice • ¼–½ tsp salt – (I use Celtic Sea Salt) • 1–2 tbsps honey or maple syrup 🍓Strawberry Purée🍓 • 1 cup sliced strawberries • 1 ½ tbsp lime juice • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey Blend strawberry purée ingredients in a wide-mouth jar with an immersion blender. Instructions: 1.In a blender, combine coconut water, cotton candy grapes, lime juice, salt, and sweetener. Blend until smooth. 2.Add 1/4-1/2 cup of strawberry purée to the bottom of two glasses filled with ice.
