A stunning, electric two-toned electrolyte drink that’s as vibrant as it is delicious! A golden pineapple-mango base floats over a deep ruby pomegranate layer, creating a show-stopping island-inspired punch that’s naturally hydrating and packed with tropical flavor.

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup pineapple (cut, fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 1/2 cup mango (cut, fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup pomegranate juice (no sugar added)
- ice (for serving)
- pomegranate arils (fresh or frozen)
- orange (wedge, for garnish)

Directions
- Make the Pineapple-Mango Base: In a blender, combine 2½ cups coconut water, 1 cup cut pineapple (fresh or frozen, thawed), ½ cup cut mango (fresh or frozen, thawed), juice of ½ lime, ½ teaspoon salt, and 1–2 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free sweetener of choice. Blend on high for 30 seconds until completely smooth and the mixture is a **thick, opaque vibrant golden-yellow** color.
- Assemble: Fill two glasses with ice. Pour ¼–½ cup pomegranate juice into the bottom of each glass.
- Slowly strain the pineapple-mango mixture over the pomegranate juice to create a stunning layered effect—the golden-yellow layer will float perfectly on top of the deep ruby-red pomegranate.
- Garnish with frozen or fresh pomegranate arils and an orange wedge.
- Stir before drinking or serve as-is to show off the beautiful layers. Enjoy!
