Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender: 3½ cups coconut water, juice of 1 lemon + 1 lime, 1 cup cherries (fresh or frozen, pitted), 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen), 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen), ½ red apple (cubed, skin on), ½ teaspoon salt, and 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste).
- Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until completely smooth and the mixture is a **thick, opaque vibrant fruit punch red** color.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove fruit fibers and seeds for a smoother texture (optional).
- For a layered look: Pour over ice and slowly add ¼ cup fresh orange juice per glass over the back of a spoon to create a beautiful orange float on top of the red punch.
- Garnish with an orange wedge and a fresh cherry.
- Enjoy immediately—it’s the classic Hawaiian Punch flavor, naturally!
