A tropical paradise in a glass! Sweet pineapple and creamy coconut milk blend with electrolyte-rich coconut water for the ultimate island-inspired hydrator. This creamy, dreamy drink tastes like a vacation—completely natural, dairy-free, and incredibly refreshing.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple (diced, fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 2-3 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup, or sugar free sweetener of choice)
- ice
- pineapple (wedge, for garnish)
- toasted coconut (for garnish, optional)

Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender: 2 cups coconut water, 1½ cups diced pineapple (fresh or frozen), juice of ½ lime, 2–3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut milk (canned or carton), ½ teaspoon salt, and 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (or sugar-free sweetener of choice).
- Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth and the mixture is a **thick, opaque creamy golden-white** color with a rich, velvety appearance.
- For an extra smooth drink, strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pineapple fibers (optional).
- Pour over a glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and a sprinkle of toasted coconut if desired.
- Enjoy immediately and transport yourself to a tropical beach!
