A vibrant, sun-kissed mango and orange electrolyte drink that’s like a tropical dance in your mouth! Sweet mango meets zesty orange and lime, all blended with electrolyte-rich coconut water for the ultimate refreshing hydrator. It’s the perfect post-workout recovery drink with a tropical twist.
Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups coconut water
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 3 large oranges (peeled)
- 2 mangos (peeled and pit removed)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 additional orange (peeled, for blending with fruit mix)
- 1/4 cup orange jusice (fresh, per glass)
- ice
- orange (wedge, for garnish)
- lime (wedge, for garnish)

Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender: 3½ cups coconut water, juice of 1 lime, 3 large oranges (peeled), 2 mangos (peeled and pit removed), ½ teaspoon salt, and 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste).
- Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until completely smooth and the mixture is a **thick, opaque vibrant golden-orange** color.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any fiber (optional, for a smoother texture).
- For an extra citrus kick: You can blend one additional peeled orange with the fruit mix, or add ¼ cup fresh orange juice to each glass separately before pouring.
- Pour over glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish with an orange wedge and lime wedge.
- Enjoy immediately—it’s a tropical tango in every sip!
