A vibrant, sun-kissed mango and orange electrolyte drink that’s like a tropical dance in your mouth! Sweet mango meets zesty orange and lime, all blended with electrolyte-rich coconut water for the ultimate refreshing hydrator. It’s the perfect post-workout recovery drink with a tropical twist.

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender: 3½ cups coconut water, juice of 1 lime, 3 large oranges (peeled), 2 mangos (peeled and pit removed), ½ teaspoon salt, and 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste).
  2. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until completely smooth and the mixture is a **thick, opaque vibrant golden-orange** color.
  3. Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any fiber (optional, for a smoother texture).
  4. For an extra citrus kick: You can blend one additional peeled orange with the fruit mix, or add ¼ cup fresh orange juice to each glass separately before pouring.
  5. Pour over glasses filled with ice.
  6. Garnish with an orange wedge and lime wedge.
  7. Enjoy immediately—it’s a tropical tango in every sip!
