Skip the store-bought version and whip up my All-Natural Kiwi Gatorade! It’s fresh, naturally packed with electrolytes, and comes together in just minutes. My strawberry version went viral last week, so I’ve been experimenting with new flavors. This one is a winner🥝💦 ➡️All you need are six simple ingredients: coconut water, aloe Vera juice, kiwi, lime juice, salt, and a touch of honey or maple syrup. ✨Nature’s Homemade Kiwi Gatorade✨ Ingredients: serves 2 ✨1 ½ cups coconut water (natural electrolytes + potassium) ✨1 cup aloe vera juice (antioxidants + supports digestion) can sub regular or decaf green tea here or double the coconut water ✨2 kiwis, with skin on (vitamin C + natural sweetness + fiber + antioxidants)  ✨1 tbsp lime juice (electrolytes + refreshing citrus flavor) ✨¼ tsp salt (helps replenish sodium lost through sweat) ✨1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (natural sweetener) ✨Ice ✨Lime or kiwi wedge (for garnish) Instructions: 1.Add the coconut water, aloe vera juice, kiwis (skin on), lime juice, salt, and honey or maple syrup to a blender. 2.Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp. 3.Pour over a glass of ice and garnish with a kiwi wedge. Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender: 1½ cups coconut water, 1 cup aloe vera juice (or substitute with more coconut water, decaf green tea, or filtered water), 2 kiwis (skin on for extra fiber and vibrant color), 1 tablespoon lime juice, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup.
  2. Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth and the mixture is a rich, opaque green color.
  3. Pour through a fine mesh sieve to remove any remaining pulp and seeds for a smoother texture (optional).
  4. Fill a glass with ice and pour the vibrant green kiwi lime mixture over the top.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge or fresh kiwi slice and enjoy immediately!
