A stunning layered electrolyte drink that’s as beautiful as it is delicious! Sweet pineapple blends into a smooth base that floats over vibrant pomegranate juice, creating a tropical-inspired hydrator that’s packed with electrolytes and antioxidants.

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the main drink ingredients: 1½ cups coconut water, 1 cup aloe vera juice (or decaf green tea or filtered water), 1½ cups pineapple chunks, 1 tablespoon lime juice, ¼ to ½ teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup. Blend on high until completely smooth.
  2. Fill two glasses with ice. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of no-sugar-added pomegranate juice into the bottom of each glass.
  3. Slowly strain the blended pineapple mixture over the pomegranate juice to create a beautiful layered effect—the vibrant yellow pineapple will float on top of the deep red pomegranate.
  4. Gently stir before sipping, or serve as-is to show off the gorgeous layers.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a sprinkle of pomegranate arils. Enjoy!
