A beautifully pink, naturally sweet strawberry electrolyte drink that’s perfect for hydration and recovery. With real strawberries, green tea for antioxidants, and coconut water for electrolytes, this vibrant beverage is a healthy twist on the classic sports drink.

Directions

  1. Brew the green tea and let it cool completely (or use cold brew for faster results).
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender: 1½ cups coconut water, 1 cup brewed green tea (cooled), 1 cup fresh strawberries, 1 tablespoon lime juice, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup.
  3. Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth and the mixture is a **rich, opaque vibrant pink** color.
  4. Pour through a fine mesh strainer over a glass filled with ice to remove strawberry seeds and any pulp.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprinkle of lime zest on top.
  6. Stir and enjoy immediately!
