All-Natural Homemade Strawberry Gatorade

A beautifully pink, naturally sweet strawberry electrolyte drink that’s perfect for hydration and recovery. With real strawberries, green tea for antioxidants, and coconut water for electrolytes, this vibrant beverage is a healthy twist on the classic sports drink.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup green tea (brewed and cooled)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1-2 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
- ice (for serving)

Directions
- Brew the green tea and let it cool completely (or use cold brew for faster results).
- Add all ingredients to a blender: 1½ cups coconut water, 1 cup brewed green tea (cooled), 1 cup fresh strawberries, 1 tablespoon lime juice, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup.
- Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth and the mixture is a **rich, opaque vibrant pink** color.
- Pour through a fine mesh strainer over a glass filled with ice to remove strawberry seeds and any pulp.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprinkle of lime zest on top.
- Stir and enjoy immediately!
