The ultimate summer refresher! Sweet, juicy watermelon blends with zesty lime and electrolyte-rich coconut water for a vibrant pink drink that’s incredibly hydrating. It’s like sipping sunshine on a hot day—completely natural and perfectly refreshing.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups coconut water
- 2 cups watermelon (chunks, seedless)
- 1 lime (juiced, or use half of a lime for softer flavor)
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- ice
- lime (wedge, for garnish)
- small watermelon (wedge, for garnish)

Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender: 2½ cups coconut water, 2 cups seedless watermelon chunks, juice of 1 whole lime (or use half a lime peeled for a stronger lime flavor), ¼–½ teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup.
- Blend on high speed for 20-30 seconds until completely smooth and the mixture is a **thick, opaque vibrant watermelon pink** color.
- For a smoother drink, strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove any remaining pulp (optional—watermelon blends very smoothly).
- Pour over two glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish with a fresh lime wedge and a small wedge of watermelon on the rim.
- Enjoy immediately—the taste of summer in a glass!
