A vibrant, non-alcoholic margarita that doubles as an electrolyte drink! Tart lime meets sweet, juicy blackberries in this stunning purple refresher. Perfect for Cinco de Mayo, summer parties, or whenever you want a fun, hydrating mocktail.

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender: 2½ cups coconut water (can substitute filtered water or decaf green tea, but coconut water is best for natural electrolytes), 1½–2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries, juice of 1 whole lime, ¼–½ teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup.
  2. Blend on high speed for 20-30 seconds until completely smooth and the mixture is a **rich, opaque vibrant deep purple** color.
  3. For a smoother drink, strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove blackberry seeds.
  4. Pour over two glasses filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge and a few whole blackberries on the rim.
  6. Enjoy immediately—the perfect hydrating mocktail!
