Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender: 2½ cups coconut water (can substitute filtered water or decaf green tea, but coconut water is best for natural electrolytes), 1½–2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries, juice of 1 whole lime, ¼–½ teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup.
- Blend on high speed for 20-30 seconds until completely smooth and the mixture is a **rich, opaque vibrant deep purple** color.
- For a smoother drink, strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove blackberry seeds.
- Pour over two glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish with a fresh lime wedge and a few whole blackberries on the rim.
- Enjoy immediately—the perfect hydrating mocktail!
