A deeply antioxidant-rich electrolyte drink combining sweet cherries and tart pomegranate! This vibrant ruby-red beverage is packed with electrolytes from coconut water and bursting with fruity flavor. It’s the perfect post-workout recovery drink or a refreshing afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup cherries (fresh or frozen, pitted)
- 1/2 cup pomegranate arils (or 1/4 cup no sugar added pomegranate juice)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- ice

Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender: 2½ cups coconut water, 1 cup cherries (fresh or frozen, pitted), ½ cup pomegranate arils (or ¼ cup pomegranate juice), juice of 1 whole lime, ¼–½ teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup.
- Blend on high speed for 20-30 seconds until completely smooth and the mixture is a **rich, opaque deep jewel-toned ruby red** color.
- For a smoother drink, strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove cherry skins and pomegranate seed remnants (optional).
- Pour over two glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish with fresh cherries and a sprinkle of pomegranate arils on top.
- Enjoy immediately—antioxidant-rich and incredibly refreshing!
