It’s the best dip you will ever taste 🥰 #appetizers #christmas2024 #easyappetizers #partyfood #christmasparty #dip #chickendip #marrymechicken #bestdipever #cheesedip #fyp Marry Me Chicken Dip: 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream 1 cup Parmesan, shredded fresh 1 cup mozzarella, shredded fresh 1 cup Gouda, shredded fresh 2 cups shredded chicken 6 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp salt 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, drained & chopped 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped 6 oz spinach, chopped (I didn’t use enough I was rushing lol) (Reserve extra cheese to sprinkle on top of dip before baking) *parsley & more paprika on top to garnish 1.) Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly grease baking dish or cast iron skillet. (I didn’t grease mine so if you forget, no worries) 2.) Blend softened cream cheese & sour cream. Fold in all other ingredients. 3.) Spread evenly in dish. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly. Broil a few minutes if you would like the top extra browned. Serve immediately with crackers and/or baguette. (Any time I needed to reheat this dip, I popped it back in the oven on 200F and let it warm for about 5-7 minutes before serving it again)

Save my recipe for a quick and easy meal that the whole family will love! ➡️ Recipe: Chicken pan fried noodles 🍜 2 cups cabbage, thinly sliced 4-5 stalks of green onions, separated white parts from green. Slice white parts in half and green parts cut into 3 in pieces. 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into matchstick strips 4-5 garlic cloves, finely minced 1 lb fresh wheat noodles, par cooked (see note below) can also substitute for egg noodles or cooked spaghetti if needed. Cooking oil 1 lb Chicken thighs, 1/4 inch slices 2 tbsp Oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce 1/4 tsp Pepper 1/4 tsp Baking soda Sauce— 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce 2 tbsp Oyster sauce 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine 1/2 tbsp Sugar 2 tsp sesame oil 1. Par boil your fresh wheat noodles for 1 minute or cook until al dente for other noodle options. Strain and set aside. 2. Marinate sliced chicken thighs with oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper and baking soda. Mix well and marinade for 15 mins. 3. In small bowl, combine soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, shaoxing wine and sugar. Mix well and set aside. 4. In a large wok heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil on high heat. Sauté marinaded chicken until cooked through. Remove from pan. 5. Add 2 more tbsp of cooking oil to the wok then sauté white parts of green onions until fragrant. Add garlic and onions and sauté until onions are slightly translucent. 6. Add cabbage and carrots then sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add the par cooked noodles, cooked chicken and pour the sauce over everything. Toss everything together. Cook until the noodles absorb all the sauce about 3-4 mins. 7. Finish it off with a drizzle of sesame oil and the green parts of the the green onions. Give it one last toss. Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to the melted butter. Stir until fragrant. 7- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and brush with the garlic butter sauce. GARLICKY FETA BROCCOLI CHICKEN SALAD This is one of those easy meals that packs a ton of protein, flavor, and its super easy to prep in advance. . You can serve this as is, on top of sourdough, crackers, or even lettuce cups. The ratios below are what worked for me - you can add more or use less of any ingredient to your liking. . Here is how to make it: . 1.First is the sauce. This is as easy as it gets, but can take some time in the oven if you are using garlic confit. You can either use 4tbsp roasted garlic or 4-5 tbsp garlic confit. If making confit, you can add 1/3 to 1/2 cup garlic cloves to a small ramekin, fill to the top with olive oil, cover it, and put it in the oven at 275F for 2 hours. Remove, and let cool before using. . 2.Now that we have the garlic situation sorted out, let’s make the sauce. In a food processor add 4-5 tbsp of just the garlic confit, 4oz feta, 4 tbsp greek yogurt, 2 tbsp mayo, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 1/4 cup water, a generous pinch of salt, lots of fresh cracked black pepper. Process well, taste and adjust. . 3.Then, the salad. First, finely chop 6-8oz of raw broccoli and add it to a mixing bowl. . 4.Finely dice 2 baked chicken brsts (you can use thighs or rotisserie chicken here, too). Add it to the same bowl. . 5.Finely dice 1 red onion, add it to a smaller bowl, top with cold water, and mix a couple times over 5-10 minutes. Submerging them in cold water takes away that intense, sharp bite from the raw onion. After its soaked for a few minutes, strain and add to the same bowl as broccoli and chicken. . 6.Add as much sauce to the bowl as you want, toss everything together, give it a taste and adjust as you like. Then top with some more crumbled feta, some chili flakes, or any other topping you like. .
