Ingredients: 1 roasted japapenos (minced); 2 rotiserie chicken breasts (shredded); 1 lime (juiced); 1 tsp onion powder; 1 tsp garlic powderrnrn; 1/2 tsp salt & black pepper; 1 cup mozzarella; 2 tbsp butter; 1 clove garlic (grated); 2 tbsp flour; 1 cup chicken broth; 1 roasted jalapeno (minced); 1/2 cup sour cream; 1/2 block cream cheese; pinch white pepper; 8 small/medium flour tortillas; 1 cup Shredded Monterey-jack cheese; 1/2 bunch green onion (garnish); lime wedges (garnish)
