Here’s what I made for lunch to help reverse my pre diabetes. Low Carb Philly’s are easy to make and delicious- minus all the carbs. I served mine with baked sweet potato fries and a side of ketchup. I like to use avocado oil spray. If the veggies start to look dry, add more spray. Cheese is optional- I used a small amount of my bougie trader joes truffle cheese. #reverseprediabetes #wellnessjourney #healthgoals #healthyeats #prediabetes #mealprepideas #onion #bellpepper #mushrooms #beefrecipes #lowcarbrecipes #lowcarbphillycheesesteak #lowcarbmeals #sweetpotato #bakedfries #lunchwithme #easylunchideas #30minutemeals #foodblogger
