Marry Me Chicken Dip is the perfect appetizer for the holidays, New Years or just in general. It’s the best dip you will ever taste 🥰 #appetizers #christmas2024 #easyappetizers #partyfood #christmasparty #dip #chickendip #marrymechicken #bestdipever #cheesedip #fyp Marry Me Chicken Dip: 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream 1 cup Parmesan, shredded fresh 1 cup mozzarella, shredded fresh 1 cup Gouda, shredded fresh 2 cups shredded chicken 6 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp salt 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, drained & chopped 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped 6 oz spinach, chopped (I didn’t use enough I was rushing lol) (Reserve extra cheese to sprinkle on top of dip before baking) *parsley & more paprika on top to garnish 1.) Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly grease baking dish or cast iron skillet. (I didn’t grease mine so if you forget, no worries) 2.) Blend softened cream cheese & sour cream. Fold in all other ingredients. 3.) Spread evenly in dish. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly. Broil a few minutes if you would like the top extra browned. Serve immediately with crackers and/or baguette. (Any time I needed to reheat this dip, I popped it back in the oven on 200F and let it warm for about 5-7 minutes before serving it again)

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish or cast iron skillet.
  2. Blend softened cream cheese and sour cream.
  3. Fold in all other ingredients.
  4. Spread evenly in the dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Broil for a few minutes if you would like the top extra browned.
  7. Serve immediately with crackers and/or a baguette.

To reheat, pop it back in the oven on 200F and let it warm for about 5-7 minutes before serving it again
