Directions
- Crispy Air Fryer Chicken:
Take 1 chicken thigh and dredge it in flour, then egg, then crushed corn flakes. Next, get it in your air fryer and give it a spray of oil. Air fry at 385°F for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. - Honey Lime Sauce:
In a pan, add avocado oil and chopped garlic. Next, add soy sauce and a little water. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and some crushed red pepper. Now squeeze 1 to 2 limes in and add 2 to 4 tbsp of honey. Mix till thickened on low heat. Lastly, add half a cup of cilantro. If it’s too thick, add more water and mix well. - Cucumber Salad:
Add cucumber, rice vinegar, avocado oil, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, honey, and fresh lemon to a sealable container and shake well. - Spread:
Mix together low calorie Greek yogurt, old style mustard, and a squeeze of lemon.
