Let me show you everything I eat in a day as a 6’2 250lbs moose. I’m actually currently on a mini cut (will be updating you soon) because coach says I’m fat, ugly, stupid and I pee sitting down. Good thing is 3300 cals is still a lot of food to have fun while eating clean. Meal 1) was a lox bagel with chive cream cheese, red onions, smoked salmon and chives all on an everything bagel. Meal 2) we had some Asian ground turkey lettuce wraps. Meal 3) was pasta Alfredo with air fried chicken breast. Meal 4) was 11% Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts. Instant noodle jars >>>> These measurements are just estimates I just eyeball everything Ingredient 2 tbsp vegetable bouillon 1 tsp chili crunch oil 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp minced garlic Sliced red bell pepper Shredded cabbage mix edamame tofu (you can sub with chicken) Sliced green onions Instant vermicelli rice noodles Instructions: 1. To the bottom of the jar add vegetable bouillon, chili oil, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic. Mix together. 2. Add red bell pepper, cabbage, edamame, green onion, tofu, noodles. In-N-Out Smash Burger Tacos 🌮 Ingredients: - 1 lb ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat) - 8-10 mini taco shells - 10 slices cheddar cheese - 1 cup chopped lettuce - Salt to taste In-N-Out Sauce: - 1 cup mayonnaise - 4 tbsp ketchup - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp vinegar - 3 tbsp sweet relish - 3 tbsp caramelized onions - Salt, to taste - 1 tsp black pepper - 1 tsp garlic powder Instructions: 1. Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, caramelized onions, sweet relish, vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 2. Prepare the Ground Beef: Heat a skillet over high heat with a small amount of oil. Place 2-3 tablespoons of ground beef in the center of each tortilla, pressing down gently to create an even layer. Sprinkle with salt. Cook in the skillet (meat side down) over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes or until cooked through. Flip and cook the other side until crispy and golden. 3.
