Juicy and flavorful, these Greek-Style Grilled Chicken Tenders are marinated in a vibrant blend of lemon, garlic, and herbs. They’re perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a summer barbecue.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped (for garnish))
Directions
- Prepare the Marinade:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well blended. - Marinate the Chicken:
Add chicken tenders to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for a stronger flavor. - Preheat & Prep:
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, drizzle a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking. - Grill the Chicken:
Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Cook for 5–7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 75°C). - Garnish & Serve:
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes to retain moisture. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Optional: Pair with a side of tzatziki or a fresh Greek salad.
