A bold, creamy tuna salad with a spicy kick — fresh jalapeño, cayenne, and sweet spicy pickles come together in minutes. Perfect on toasted bread, as a dip, or straight from the bowl.

Directions

  1. Finely chop the jalapeño and cilantro. If desired, rinse the canned tuna to remove excess water, then drain completely.
  2. Add all ingredients into a medium-sized bowl: tuna, diced jalapeño, dried onion, dried garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise, chopped sweet spicy pickles, sweet spicy pickle juice, and optional cilantro.
  3. Mix well until fully combined. Add more mayonnaise if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Garnish with a little extra chopped cilantro and enjoy on toasted bread, as a dip with crackers or tortilla chips, or on its own!
