- 1 cup microwaveable baby potatoes
- 1 cup green beans
- 2 tbsp Green Goddess dressing
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
Step 1: Heat the Potatoes
Microwave potatoes according to package directions.

Cover loosely.
Microwave:
2–3 minutes
Drain excess water.
Step 3: Warm the Chicken
Place chicken in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave:
30–45 seconds
Step 4: Assemble
Add potatoes, green beans, and chicken to serving bowl.
Step 5: Finish
Drizzle with Green Goddess dressing.
Season with salt and pepper.
