Instructions
Step 1: Heat the Base
Microwave rice according to package directions.
Step 2: Warm the Chicken
Place chicken in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave 30–45 seconds until warm.
Step 3: Build the Bowl
Add rice to serving bowl.
Top with chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, and feta.
Step 4: Finish
Drizzle with tzatziki.
Add parsley and a squeeze of lemon if desired.
Serve immediately.

- 4 oz rotisserie chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (diced)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
- 2 tbsp tzatziki
