A high-protein, gluten-free cookie dough that’s safe to eat raw and tastes just like the real thing! Made with cottage cheese, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder, this healthy treat comes together in minutes. Perfect for satisfying those cookie dough cravings without the guilt.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour (rough amount, adjust as needed)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- salt (optional)
