This garlic butter chicken pasta is a creamy, crave-worthy dish that brings comfort food to a whole new level. Perfect for weeknight dinners or impressing guests, it’s rich, garlicky, and loaded with cheesy goodness.

- Cook the rigatoni pasta in salted water according to package directions. Reserve ¼ cup of the pasta water, then drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and the reserved pasta water. Bring to a simmer, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked rigatoni pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
