Wings

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Pat the wings dry with paper towels. This step is important because removing moisture helps the skin get crispy.
  3. Season the wings.
    In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, baking powder, and Sylvia’s All Purpose Seasoning until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the wings.
    Place the wings in a single layer on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. The rack allows air to circulate and helps the wings crisp up.
  5. Bake the wings.
    Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Finish with your sauces.

Wet Lemon Pepper Wings

1. Melt butter in a small saucepan.
2. Stir in Sylvia’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning.
3. Toss the wings in the lemon pepper butter sauce until coated.
4. Finish with a squeeze of lemon if desired.

Kickin Ranch Wings

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Whisk in the ranch seasoning until fully combined.
  3. Stir in Sylvia’s Kickin’ Hot Sauce and let the sauce warm through for about 1 minute.
  4. Toss the hot wings in the sauce until evenly coated and serve immediately.
