CRUNCH THE NUMBERS A deconstructed sushi bowl that’s crispy, creamy, and completely addictive. Air-fried sardines take center stage alongside rice, avocado, cucumber, edamame, and a spicy miso mayo. Serve with nori sheets for DIY sushi wraps.

Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 1 tin Wild Planet sardines (in extra virgin olive oil)
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- white rice
- edamame
- cucumber
- avocado
- watermelon radish (or carrots)
- seaweed snacks
- ponzu (for dipping)
- chili crunch oil (for dipping)
For the Spicy Miso Mayo
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp white miso
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1-2 tsp ponzzu
- 2-3 tsp chili crunch oil

Directions
- Make the spicy miso mayo by adding all sauce ingredients (mayo, rice wine vinegar, white miso, sesame oil, ponzu, and chili crunch oil) to a bowl, mixing well and adjusting seasoning to taste.
- Place sardines on parchment paper and mash completely with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
- Air fry at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes until crispy.
- Build your bowl with white rice, edamame, avocado, cucumber, watermelon radish or carrots, and crispy sardines.
- Drizzle with spicy miso mayo.
- Serve with seaweed snacks, extra spicy miso mayo on the side, and ponzu mixed with chili crunch for dipping. Enjoy!
