- 1/2 cup white beans
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
- 2 tbsp light Alfredo sauce (or parmesan cream sauce)

Instructions
Step 1: Warm the Base
Place white beans, spinach, and roasted red peppers into a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave:
1½–2 minutes
until spinach wilts.
Step 2: Heat the Chicken
Microwave chicken:
30–45 seconds
Step 3: Add Sauce
Stir parmesan cream sauce into the vegetables and beans.
Microwave:
15–20 seconds
if needed.
Step 4: Assemble
Add chicken to bowl and mix gently.
Step 5: Finish
Top with parmesan if desired.
Serve warm.
