Ingredients:
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup berries
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Step 1: Cook the Sweet Potato
Wash sweet potato thoroughly.
Pierce several times with a fork.
Microwave:
5–7 minutes
until tender.
Step 2: Prepare the Base
Cut sweet potato open lengthwise.
Place into a bowl.
Step 3: Add Toppings
Top with:
- Almond butter
- Berries
- Hemp hearts
- Cinnamon
Step 4: Finish
Allow almond butter to melt slightly from the heat of the potato.
Serve warm.
