- 4 oz cooked salmon
- 1 cup microwaveable baby potatoes
- 1/2 cup cucumber (diced)
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper

Instructions
Step 1: Heat the Potatoes
Microwave potatoes according to package directions.
Step 2: Warm the Salmon
Place salmon on a microwave-safe plate.
Microwave 30–45 seconds until warmed through.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
Combine:
- Greek yogurt
- Dill
- Lemon juice
- Pinch salt and pepper
Mix well.
Step 4: Assemble
Add potatoes to bowl.
Top with salmon and cucumbers.
Step 5: Finish
Spoon dill yogurt sauce over top.
Serve warm.
