Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Egg Whites
Add egg whites to a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave:
60 seconds
Stir.
Microwave another:
30–60 seconds
until fully cooked.
Step 2: Warm the Tomatoes
Add tomatoes to a separate microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave:
20–30 seconds
just until slightly softened.
Step 3: Assemble
Top egg whites with:
- Tomatoes
- Mozzarella pearls
- Basil
Step 4: Finish
Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Season with salt and pepper.
