The easiest, most flavor-packed lunch you’ll make all week! Crisp cucumbers, colorful bell peppers, tender rotisserie chicken, and feta are tossed in a creamy, tangy tzatziki-buffalo sauce. Just shake and enjoy—no cooking required.
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber (sliced into thin rounds)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/4 cup green onion (sliced)
- 1/2 - 1 cup rotisserie chicken (diced)
- 1/4 cup feta
- 2 spoonfuls pickle de gallo
- 1-2 spoonfuls Taziki
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1 tsp ranch seasoning (to taste)

Directions
- Add all ingredients—cucumber, red and yellow bell peppers, green onion, rotisserie chicken, feta cheese, pickle de gallo, tzatziki, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning—to a large jar or airtight container.
- Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously until everything is evenly coated in the creamy buffalo-tzatziki dressing.
- Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for up to 3 days for an easy grab-and-go lunch.
