Over four weeks, families will gradually explore new ingredients, flavors, textures, and cuisines through approachable dinners designed for both children and adults. Each week builds on the last, using repeated exposure and low-pressure food exploration to help children become more comfortable trying new foods.
The goal isn’t to create perfect eaters. The goal is to raise confident eaters.
