Directions

  1. To your crockpot, add the entire jar of alfredo sauce and the entire jar of three cheese pasta sauce. Stir to combine.
  2. Pat the boneless, skinless chicken thighs dry with a paper towel, then place them into the sauce, turning to coat evenly.
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 8 hours, until the chicken is fall-apart tender.
  4. Use a hand blender (or two forks) to shred the chicken directly in the crockpot until it’s finely shredded and incorporated into the sauce.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the bowtie noodles (farfalle) according to package directions in boiling water. Drain well.
  6. Add the drained, cooked pasta to the crockpot with the shredded chicken and sauce.
  7. Add the bag of Italian mix shredded cheese and stir everything together until the cheese is melted and the pasta is evenly coated.
  8. If desired, sprinkle any leftover cheese on top. Let the dish sit with the lid off for 5-10 minutes to thicken slightly before serving.
