Directions
- Add all of the Low Cal Big Mac Sauce ingredients to a small blender and blend until smooth.
- Wash and dry the russet potatoes, then cut them into crinkle-cut fries.
- Air fry the fries at 400°F for 20–23 minutes, shaking every 8 minutes so they cook evenly.
- While the fries cook, add the diced white onion to a pan over medium-high heat. Cook until lightly browned, then add a pinch of sea salt and a splash of chicken bone broth to caramelize. Set aside.
- Form the lean ground beef into 3 equal balls. Add them to the same pan, smash flat, and season with sea salt, garlic powder, yellow mustard, and some of the onions.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes until a crust forms, then flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
- Add a slice of 2% American cheese to each patty, cover to melt, then chop everything together chopped-cheese style.
- Once the fries are done, toss them with avocado oil spray, sea salt, and garlic powder.
- Build each bowl with fries, chopped beef, low-cal Big Mac sauce, remaining onions, diced Roma tomatoes, diced red onion, diced dill pickles, and sesame seeds.
