A viral breakfast trend that’s as delicious as it is easy! Thick, creamy custard is baked right into the center of toast, then topped with juicy blueberries for a protein-packed, naturally sweetened start to your day. Ready in just 10 minutes in the air fryer.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices bread
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tbsp honey
- fresh blueberries (to top)

Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together plain yogurt, egg, vanilla bean paste, and honey until smooth and well combined.
- Using your fingers, gently press down on the center of each slice of bread to create a well or indent.
- Spoon the custard mixture evenly into the wells of both bread slices.
- Top the custard generously with fresh blueberries, pressing them in slightly.
- Place the prepared toasts in the air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes, or until the custard is set and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and enjoy warm!
