- 1 cup chicken broth (or chicken stock, or just mix water and chicken bouillon)

Ingredients are subject to availability at local stores. Unavailable items will be automatically substituted at best-effort.
Directions
- Pat 3 chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels.
- Season generously on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, Creole seasoning, and Old Bay seasoning. Rub the seasonings into the chicken.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
- While the chicken cooks, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Transfer the seared chicken to a baking sheet or oven-safe tray. Finish cooking in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- In the same skillet used for the chicken (leave the drippings), add diced onion and sauté until softened.
- Add a whole head of diced garlic and cook until lightly translucent and fragrant.
- Pour in 1 cup chicken broth (or water mixed with chicken bouillon), scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Add heavy whipping cream and stir to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in ¼ cup Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the pan and baste with the sauce for about 5 minutes.
- To serve, plate the spaghetti noodles, spoon some of the creamy garlic sauce over the top, and place a chicken thigh on top. Drizzle with additional sauce. Garnish with more parsley and Parmesan if desired. Enjoy!
