Directions
- Break the frozen AÇAÍ PACKETS into smaller pieces so they are easier for the blender to process.
- Add the frozen açaí, FROZEN BANANA, and FROZEN STRAWBERRIES to a high-powered blender.
- For a brighter, tangier flavor, add a very small squeeze of LIME JUICE.
- For additional sweetness, add a small amount of HONEY.
- Blend on low, using the blender tamper as needed to press the frozen fruit toward the blades.
- Gradually increase the blender speed and continue blending until the mixture is completely smooth, thick, and free of frozen chunks.
- Avoid adding liquid when possible so the açaí base remains dense and spoonable.
- If the blender cannot process the frozen mixture, add only a very small splash of milk. Keep in mind that additional liquid will create a thinner bowl.
- Divide the thick açaí mixture between two serving bowls and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
- Arrange sliced fresh BANANA through the center of each bowl.
- Add fresh BLUEBERRIES, GRANOLA, COCONUT FLAKES, and CHIA SEEDS in naturally arranged sections.
- Add a small spoonful of NUT BUTTER and any additional toppings, such as chia pudding or other fresh fruit.
- Finish with a light drizzle of honey and serve immediately before the açaí base begins to soften.
