Directions
- Break the frozen AÇAÍ PACKETS into smaller pieces so they blend more easily.
- Add the frozen açaí, FROZEN BANANA, and FROZEN STRAWBERRIES to a high-powered blender.
- For a brighter flavor, add a very small squeeze of LIME JUICE, if desired.
- For a sweeter bowl, drizzle in a little HONEY.
- Blend on low, using a tamper if your blender has one, then gradually increase the speed until the mixture becomes completely smooth.
- The finished mixture should be very thick and spoonable without visible frozen fruit pieces.
- If your blender struggles, add only a very small splash of milk. Adding too much liquid will create a thinner smoothie instead of a thick bowl.
- Divide the thick açaí mixture between serving bowls and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
- Arrange sliced BANANA through the center of each bowl.
- Add fresh BLUEBERRIES, GRANOLA, COCONUT FLAKES, and CHIA SEEDS in naturally arranged sections.
- Add a spoonful of NUT BUTTER, chia pudding if desired, and any additional fresh fruit.
- Finish with a light drizzle of honey and serve immediately while the bowl is thick and frozen.
