- 1/4 tsp pepper
Steak
- 3/4 lb sirloin steak
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Shrimp
- 3/4 lb shrimp
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Creamy Garlic Sauce
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Finishing
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 sliced green onions

Step 1: Cook the Rice
Prepare the Rice
- Rinse the rice under cold water.
- Add the rice, water, and salt to a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
Simmer
Once boiling:
- Reduce heat to low
- Cover with a lid
Cook for:
18 minutes
Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for:
10 minutes
Fluff with a fork and set aside.
Step 2: Roast the Vegetables
Prep the Vegetables
Preheat the oven to:
425°F
Place the broccoli and bell peppers on a baking sheet.
Add:
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Toss until evenly coated.
Spread into a single layer.
Roast
Bake for:
20–25 minutes

Step 3: Prepare the Garlic Sauce
Mix the Sauce
In a bowl, combine:
- Greek yogurt
- Melted butter

- Flip
- 2–3 minutes on the second side

Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 7: Cook the Shrimp
Sauté the Shrimp
Using the same skillet:
Add:
- 1 tablespoon butter
Add the shrimp.
Cook:
- 2 minutes
- Flip
- 1–2 minutes more
