- 12 oz green beans
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
Herb Butter
- 3 tbsp butter (softened)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped - optional)

Step 1: Roast the Potatoes
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- Cut any larger potatoes in half.
- Place the potatoes in a large bowl.
- Add:
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
- The potatoes should be golden brown and crisp around the edges.
Step 2: Make the Herb Butter
- In a small bowl, combine:
- Softened butter
- Minced garlic
- Parsley
- Pinch of salt
- Mix thoroughly until combined.
- Set aside.
Step 3: Prepare the Steak
- Pat the steak dry with paper towels.
- Season with:
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Allow the steak to sit while the potatoes cook.
Step 4: Cook the Green Beans
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon butter.

- Sliced steak
