A no-bake, high-protein cheesecake that tastes just like a Twix bar! Creamy cottage cheese cheesecake layered with a peanut butter caramel and topped with melted chocolate and sea salt. The perfect guilt-free dessert that comes together in minutes.
Ingredients:
- 150 g Nancy's cottage cheese (blended until smooth)
- 1/2 scoop (17 g) vanilla protein powder
- 21 g (2 tbsp) Nancy's whipped cream cheese
- 7 g cheesecake pudding mix
For Caramel Layer
- 10 g organic peanut butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup
For Chocolate Topping
- 10 g HU chocolate chips (melted)
- celtic sea salt (for garnish)
- Simple Mills graham cracker (optional, layer on the bottom of the cheesecake)

Directions
- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese (blended until smooth), vanilla protein powder, whipped cream cheese, and cheesecake pudding mix. Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Smooth the cheesecake mixture into a bowl or serving dish.
- Make the caramel layer: In a small bowl, mix organic peanut butter and maple syrup until it forms a caramel-like texture. Spread evenly over the cheesecake mixture.
- Make the chocolate topping: Melt chocolate chips and pour over the caramel layer.
- Sprinkle with Celtic sea salt for garnish.
- Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for 1 hour (or freeze for 10 minutes) for the best texture. Optional: Add a crushed graham cracker layer at the bottom of the dish before adding the cheesecake mixture.
