A vibrant, flavor-packed stack featuring juicy grilled steak, charred cherry tomatoes, and lightly grilled avocado over jasmine rice. Finished with a sweet-sesame glaze, cilantro, and toasted sesame seeds.

- 1 lb steak (ribeye or flank)
- 1 cup jasmine rice (cooked)
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (red and yellow, halved)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp cilantro (fresh, chopped)
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Coat the steak in the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Grill the steak over medium-high heat for 4 minutes per side (for medium-rare). Rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
- Toss cherry tomatoes in olive oil and grill for 2 minutes until slightly charred. Lightly grill avocado slices for 30 seconds per side.
- Place a layer of cooked jasmine rice on a plate. Stack sliced steak on top, followed by grilled tomatoes and avocado.
- Sprinkle with cilantro, chili flakes (if using), and toasted sesame seeds. Drizzle with extra sesame oil or soy sauce if desired. Serve warm.
